After a long winter, I could hardly wait for the first bulbs to start blooming in the garden. One early spring, the first flowers in bloom were the red tulips. Proud as can be, I made my way out to the garden, thinking Today is the BEST day ever! Thick layers of paint are hand applied to create movement and texture.
